The responsibility to submit on time remains with students. Some modules may require you to submit your coursework online. Normally you should get marks and feedback within 20 working days excluding university closure days following the deadline for submission of the assessment. Submission by post Where there is a requirement for coursework to be submitted as a hard copy and you submit your coursework by post, you must obtain proof of postage for example, by using Recorded Delivery and note the date and time of postage. However, the myUWE Coursework tab will also display submissions where you are expected to submit in hard copy with a downloadable coversheet from myUWE. You will not see any current assignments for that module. This will need to be in an electronic format so that it can be uploaded with your form, and it must show that you have been affected for the specific period associated with the deadline.
Where you have been granted a reasonable adjustment to a deadline, or a five working day extension, further adjustments to the deadline for the same piece of work will not normally be considered. Individual pieces of work or exams are also known as elements of assessment. The most recent submission made will be a link under Submission Receipts – from there you will be able to check the file s you attached. The Coursework tab provides students with a complete overview of their Blackboard assignments including their submission receipts; their marks and feedback from instructors, all in one table view. If your evidence is not in English, you may be able to use a local authority translation service such as that provided by Bristol City Council. Work cannot be submitted after this hour window has passed and a non-submission will be recorded. Late submissions Any submissions within the 24 hour window will be subject to a marks penalty. Adjustments to deadlines cannot normally be considered retrospectively, unless there is a compelling reason why you could not apply in advance of the coursework assessment deadline.

Five working day extensions for coursework – UWE Bristol: Academic advice
The mark for the component will also be the mark for the whole module. After the resit field board when the module is finished and archived, any historic resit assignments will be visible to all students not just those who needed to resit.
