Including practical examples, brain-teasing drawings and anecdotes throughout, the authors build their framework on the IDEAL identify, define, explore, act, look model and show how potential problems both fit and are solved within this framework. You can read it in a weekend but it will take considerably more time to become proficient at the thought process but I have used it already on two very different problems to solve in minimal time and least expense.
