CCEA HOME ECONOMICS A2 COURSEWORK

Louis Grammar School, Home Economics is designed to develop in our pupils the knowledge, understanding skills and competences which will improve their quality of life. Set by CCEA and marked by your teacher. We have two main practical classrooms and two computer resource rooms. The department offers courses across the key stages. The department has three rooms, all of which have interactive whiteboards and a range of Home Economics equipment.

Students produce a written report and an information resource for staff working in an early years setting. Human Nutrition and Health. The specifications examine the structures which exist within Northern Ireland in the health and social car sectors and explore issues which have regional, national, European and global dimensions. You will be required to complete a work placement of your choice in a health, social care, or early years setting. You will evaluate all aspects of the task.
